Prof. Dr. Yordan Goshev completed his higher education at the National Academy of Sciences “Prof. P. Vladigerov”, specialty “piano” in the class of Prof. Dr. At. Kurtev (1981-1985). He studied composition in the class of Prof. Al. Tanev (1982-1988). He is a teacher of “Harmony with arrangement”, “Piano” and “Instrumental knowledge” at the “N. Rilski”, Blagoevgrad. Prof. Dr. Goshev is the head of the Department of Music, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Director and Chief Artistic Director of the Blagoevgrad Chamber Opera, Artistic Director of the “Student Arts Festival”, Chief Expert on Culture and Artistic and Creative Activities of SUSU “N. Rilski”, Dean of the Faculty of Arts.
Laureate of numerous national and international composition competitions.
